To reserve an apartment home:

$50 per applicant ages 18 and over who are lease holders

$500 security deposit, $300 if you work for a preferred employer.

(Application fee is non-refundable, Security Deposit is refundable if application is not approved.)

$45 per month pet rent

$15/$30 month storage unit

$50/month additional premium for 9 month lease

$100/month additional premium for 6 month lease

$200/month additional for a 3 month lease

Let us know what month you would need to move by, your price range and any other special preferences you may have and we’ll add you to our waitlist for upcoming apartment homes. We will receive notice sixty days prior to an apartment home coming available. We also have a “priority waitlist” option for those who want to be the first to know when something will be available. With a completed application and a non-refundable $100 waitlist fee, you’ll be the FIRST to know when your future apartment pops up!
